No Mounting Hardware Included - Poor Service Rep September 3, 2010

Mailbox arrived with no mounting hardware of any kind. The included Mounting Instructions had an 800 number for Architectural Mailboxes. The service rep said mounting hardware is only included when you also buy their mounting post; otherwise, I would have to seperately purchase a Mounting Kit. Kind of like selling a car without the wheels. You can do it, but you'll piss a lot of people off. I will return the product.
